Let me start by telling you a bit about my story. The past few years have been really difficult for me. I have suffered from a plethora of health issues. Needless to say, these issues have severely affected not just my dancing, but my everyday life. At some point, I could barely go up and down the stairs! I have been sad, scared, anxious, angry, hopeless and pretty much every other nasty emotion in the book, but in spite of all this, I refused to give up my passion! That's how the idea for Catartika classes developed. The beauty and benefits of dance and movement should be for everyone not just for dancers. This is why I always say that Catartika is meant for absolutely everybody!!! The warm-up is very gentle and you will set the pace of the movements in your body. Whether you decide to just move some parts of your body or your whole body, it's all up to you. I will be your guide but you are always in control.
